The Lionheart Racing Series and Midwest Simulations announced today their partnership for the upcoming 2020 Season.
Midwest Simulations is best known for their Spotlights Visual Spotter System, designed to give visual cues, letting sim racers know instantly if another car is on their inside or outside. Rupp expanded the program to also give visual indicators alerting drivers to various flag conditions. What makes the Spotlights VS system so unique is that it provides the feedback before the audio cues provided by the iRacing software. More importantly when the lights go out you know the exact moment you are clear of another car. This information can mean the difference between finding victory lane or the catch fence. The Spotlights system connects to your PC via USB and the lights can be mounted wherever its convenient for the driver. Midwest Simulations also has created the Spotlights VS system for use in VR headsets giving drivers multiple options that work best for their setup. “I’m excited to have Midwest Simulations back on board for another year,” Lionheart founder Jorge Anzaldo Said. “Scott Rupp makes a fantastic product, I’m proud to say that I was part of the beta test team early on.” “I knew from the start that this was going to be a game changer.” “I have competed with my very own set of Spotlights and can tell you that they have given me the information that I need to compete at a high level, they have also saved me from car contact on several occasions.” Midwest Simulations can be seen on several liveries in 2020 and they will also provide fans of the league $10 off orders with the promotional code LIONFAN. In addition, they are offering 2 of their Spotlights VS kits to the prize pool. Lionheart has promised to match their offering increasing the prize package further for the upcoming season.
