Lionheart was scheduled to go to the high banking Atlanta oval, but iRacing had other plans, so we instead go west to Texas. The 1.5 mile speedway will host 84 laps for the Lionheart DW12's. Let's look at this weeks storylines.
Championship- With the unexpected absence of Rick Music, Jesse Vincent was able to keep a 65 point lead as Ray Kingsbury took over 2nd place. Matt Kingsbury, Joe Hassert and Trevor Malone round out the top 5. Who's fast?- Tony Lurcock and Trevor Malone have posted the top Q times at 24.180. Both drivers have shown speed at other tracks, but have been unable to find victory lane? Will one of them take advantage this week? Michael Gray- Known to excel more on the road courses, Michael won a practice race this week. Can he show off his oval skills? Jesse Vincent- A mainstay on this list, Jesse has led the most laps and won Tuesday's final practice. Will he extend his points lead this week? All this and more will be decided tonight on Global Sim Racing Channel. Coverage begins at 1040pm EST.
